Attorney Samantha Rizzuto has extensive experience in complex divorce, custody, support, and prenuptial matters and is expanding her practice to include real estate, estate planning, litigation, and commercial finance matters. Samantha takes a practical and strategic approach to her work, combining strong advocacy with a focus on client communication and results. She has nine years of experience participating in numerous hearings and trials, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and advising individuals and businesses across a wide variety of legal issues.

Prior to joining Kershner Sledziewski Law, Samantha served as a Senior Associate at a boutique family law firm in Chicago, where she gained nearly a decade of experience handling a wide array of family law matters and became known as the firm’s research resource for complex legal issues.

Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys traveling, practicing Pilates, playing pickleball and tennis, and exploring Chicago’s diverse restaurant scene.
